Join us for our annual Peace Day service. Our featured speaker is Julianne Leavy, founder and director of “Harmony at Home” in Monterey County. Her programs address the impact of violence in the home and community and work to effect change and healing for those children and families who are victims of physical and emotional violence. You are invited to participate in our interfaith worship and Julianne’s presentation that addresses not only how her organization is responding to the problem of gang violence, but also what skills and tools we can use to interact more compassionately and peaceably within our own homes and community. Service will be followed by coffee hour in the courtyard.
